CY14-1B series pump is an axial piston pump with cylinder rotation and variable head (swash plate) variable. Working Principle:
MCY14-1B quantitative axial piston pump, its principle is relatively simple, the pump shaft and the cylinder body with spline connection, drive the cylinder rotation, so that the seven plungers evenly distributed in the cylinder body around the center of the drive shaft rotation. There is a slipper at the end of each plunger, and the centering spring presses the slipper on the swash plate with a certain inclination Angle with the axis through the inner steel ball and return plate. When the cylinder rotates, the plunger reciprocates at the same time to complete the action of oil suction and oil pressure. The centering spring presses the cylinder onto the oil plate through the casing, acting as the initial seal. Slipper and oil distribution plate are used hydrostatic balance, not only reduce the wear of the pump, and make the pump has a very high volume efficiency and mechanical efficiency.
